Estimado Emprendedor:

mucho esfuerzo, cero avance…

If you sell B2B services, this might sound familiar:

You know your service works

But your slides are crammed with features, screenshots and history.

Prospects nod on the call… then go quiet, because they can’t repeat the story to anyone else.

Prospects don’t remember why you’re different

They read the deck, think “looks interesting”, and forward it to their boss.
By the time it hits that inbox, you sound just like every other option.

Nothing in the deck makes it obvious why you’re the one they should pick.

Sales materials are inconsistent

Every rep tells a slightly different story.

Buyers get confused, your brand looks smaller than it is, and good deals die for no real reason.

What we do (and how it helps you sell more)

Sales and marketing materials that make your services easier to understand:

Sales & proposal assets

Make it easier for buyers to say “yes” with clear: Sales decks, investor decks, one-pagers, service sheets, case studies and press releases

Email marketing

Stay in touch and move deals forward with: Sales emails, demo follow-ups, simple newsletters, quote reminders and educational emails

Capture new prospects

Bring in more right-fit leads and help reps follow up on LinkedIn, Facebook with professional content and specialized sales pages

One clear process to clean up your decks, emails and PDFs—and make selling feel easier again

Turn confusing sales materials into clear, confident stories, starting here:

talk

1. Quick fit call (20 minutes)

We hop on a short call to answer three questions:

  • What do you sell and to whom?
  • Which sales assets are hurting the most right now? (deck, PDF, emails, etc.)
  • What would “this was totally worth it” look like for you in the next 30–60 days?
If it’s not a fit, we both know fast and you keep your time.
If it is, we move.
messy

2. You send “the messy folder”

After the call, you send me:

  • Your current assets (decks, PDFs, emails, examples)
  • Any key docs: ICP, offer, pricing, positioning, etc.
  • A couple of recent call recordings if you have them (optional but gold)
Think of it as dropping your “marketing / sales collateral” folder on my desk.

I go through everything and start connecting the dots.
plan

3. I send a simple gameplan & quote

Within a few days, you get a short doc or Loom that says:

  • What I think is actually blocking clarity / conversion
  • Which assets I recommend we tackle first
  • What I’ll deliver, by when, and for how much (flat fee in CAD or USD)
Basically: “Here’s the plan, here’s the price, here’s the timeline.”

You say yes, no, or “not now” without needing an internal meeting about me.

Free Sales Deck Audit

Before you commit to a project, see exactly how I think about your sales story.

Send your current sales or investor pitch deck and get a 10–15 min Loom video walking through:

  • What’s clear and already working
  • Where decision makers may be getting lost or unconvinced
  • Specific ideas to tighten your story, slides and flow
  • Optional: a fixed-price quote if you’d like me to rebuild the deck

The goal isn’t to trash your work — it’s to sharpen it with a B2B marketing & design lens so your team can close deals faster.

I can sign an NDA if needed. You can also share a redacted version or just a few key slides if you prefer.

Is this a fit?

I’m a good match for B2B teams that:

  • Sell to other businesses (not consumers)
  • Use calls, demos and proposals to close deals
  • Have small teams and a founder or sales team leading opportunities
  • Rely on decks, PDFs and follow-up emails to explain and justify their services
  • Feel their current materials “don’t do justice” to the value they deliver

This includes Tech B2B, SaaS, logistics & transportation, waste management, industrial and maintenance services, storage, consulting, legal and other B2B providers with multi-step sales.

About Chilliestudio

Chilliestudio is a boutique studio led by a full-stack B2B marketer and designer who cares more about revenue than “pretty visuals”.

I work with B2B companies that sell through calls, demos and proposals — from SaaS to logistics, waste management and other service providers — to make their decks, PDFs and emails as clear and persuasive as their actual work.

Because I run a lean, nearshore setup from Mexico and only bring in a small network of trusted B2B professionals when needed, you get:

- Senior marketing experience
- Direct communication with the person doing the work
- Nearshore pricing that makes sense for startup and growing-company budgets

My job is simple: make it easier for your buyers to understand, trust and say “yes” to your services — one deck, PDF and email at a time.

FAQs

What types of companies do you work with?

I work with B2B companies that sell to other businesses through calls, demos and proposals. That includes SaaS, logistics & transportation, waste management, industrial services, storage, consulting and other service providers with multi-step sales.

What exactly do I get in the free Sales Deck Audit?

You’ll get a 10–15 min Loom video where I walk through your current deck, highlighting what’s working, what’s confusing and specific changes I’d make to improve clarity, structure and persuasion. If it looks like a strong fit, I’ll also include an optional fixed-price quote to rebuild the deck.

How much does a typical project cost?

Each project has a flat fee based on scope. A focused deck overhaul is usually a smaller, 1–2 week sprint; ongoing support for decks, PDFs and emails can be set up as a monthly package. I share clear pricing in CAD or USD after the audit, before you commit to anything.

How long does a sprint take?

Most projects run in 7–14 days, depending on scope and how quickly your team can review. We agree on timelines together before starting.

Do you only work with Canadian companies?

Canada is my main focus, but I also work with B2B teams in the US and occasionally in other regions. Time zones stay North-America friendly.

Can you help with more than decks?

Yes. Decks are usually the starting point, but many clients also ask for help with one-pagers, PDFs, case studies, email sequences and campaign assets once we’ve fixed the core story.
